The ideal candidate will have knowledge in psychology or behavioral sciences, excellent communication skills, and strong ethical judgment. Flexibility and empathy to work with clients from diverse backgrounds are also essential. Experience as a Personalist is welcome, but we also offer training programs for motivated individuals with no prior experience.
